A.  INJURY

 

1.  I am in proper physical condition to participate in the pilates session, and am aware that  participation could, in some circumstances, result in physical injury, serious physical injury or death.

2.  I understand my physical limitations and am sufficiently self-aware to stop physical activity  before I become ill or injured.

3.  I will notify instructors immediately of any pain and/or major discomfort felt during the Pilates session.

4. I understand Toetoe pilates and instructor are not responsible for injuries caused by the client's carelessness.

5. I understand that Toetoepilates does not provide health insurance if I am injured.

6. I am aware that it is advisable to consult a physician prior to participating in the pilates session. If I have consulted a physician, I have taken the physician’s advice.

7. If I am pregnant or plan to become pregnant during course of the pilates session, I will consult a physician and obtain written clearance to participate in the pilates session prior to participation. For pregnant clients we offer private training only.

8. I am aware that there is no obligation for any person to provide me with medical care during the session. I understand and acknowledge that there may be no aid stations or trained medical personnel available while I participate in the session, and If medical care is rendered to me, I consent to that care if I am unable to give my consent for any reason at the time the care is rendered.

 

 

  B.  STUDIO RULES

1. Payment is due before services will be rendered. We accept Credit Cards, Checks, Venmo or Cash. All Sessions availability is first come, first serve.

2. There is a flat rate charge for session plan. There must be at least two people signed up in order for the session to make.

3. All sessions have a period of use. Not available after validation date.

4. There is  no late Entry to session.

5. Sessions are 50 minutes in duration. Sorry, we cannot go over session times if you are late. We ask that arrive 5 minutes before your session.

6. Please do not leave studio early unless you have an emergency.

7. Do not disrupt session. Follow the instructor’s direction.

8. Wear comfortable work-out clothing such as yoga-leggings.

9. Socks with grips are required for your safety and studio hygiene. They are available in the studio.

10. Be respectful of others time and enjoyment of the facilities, including residents of The building.

11. No glass in the studio. There are lots of bare feet around!

12. No pictures in the bathrooms.

13. ToeToe Pilates does not control the parking system.

14. Any an all requests for changes must be made in writing to toetoepilates@gmail.com.  Any requests related to a disability must be accompanied by a physician’s note confirming the disability.

15. Toe Toe Pilates is not responsible for missing item. It is client’s responsibility to take care of their own cloths, items, jewels, and materials.

16. All the pictures that are taken during session can be used by ToeToe Pilates as purpose of advertisement and promotion.

 

                                                                             

 C. CANCELLATION & RESCHDULE POLICY

 

1. To cancel  or reschedule, please contact us at least 12 hours in advance.

2. No-Shows are deducted from the count.

3. To Cancel your purchased privates, duet, and group session, it requires cancellation notice at least 12 hours prior. If the notice of cancellation for a scheduled session is not received within  12 hours prior to a scheduled session, the client agrees to pay the full amount.

4. We do not guarantee you a class to reschedule in. If there is not an open spot in the class you  would like to reschedule, you can put your name on the waiting list. When someone else cancels, you will be notified.

5. NO REFUND. No exception.

6. All session plans are not transferable.

7. If you want to cancle unlimited plan, you have to talk to the studio 2 wees in advance.

8. If you don't pay within 5 days after due date, it will be canceled automatically.
